Do I own the website code?
No. The platform, template, hosting, and code are owned by Vauntless Career Studio and 1Fisher Group LLC.
What do I keep if I cancel?
Exported assets such as resume PDFs, headshots, and downloadable content remain yours.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. The custom-domain plan includes provisioning support, SSL, and DNS guidance.
Do you use AI?
Yes. AI may assist with drafting bios, resume language, and positioning, but human review, input, editing, and approval are part of the process before anything is published.
Is there a client call?
Site builds include a mandatory alignment call after intake review. Career Clarity and Complete Career Coaching require a free 15-minute Career Support Alignment Call before purchase. Targeted Resume can go straight to checkout; a call is still available if you want fit confirmed first.
Can I edit content later?
Your subscription includes authenticated Vauntless CP access for reviewing editable content and requesting updates to approved site materials.
How does veteran pricing work?
ID.me automated verification is coming soon. For now, contact Vauntless Career Studio or book an alignment call so we can verify veteran or active-duty status. After verification, we unlock exact veteran package rates (half-rounded). Unverified shoppers can enter promo code VETERAN at Stripe Checkout for 25% off standard prices. Exact veteran rates and the VETERAN promo do not stack.
What coaching packages do you sell?
Three one-time packages: Targeted Resume ($89 / $45 veteran), Career Clarity ($199 / $99 veteran), and Complete Career Coaching ($399 / $199 veteran). Extra targeted resume versions are $29 each ($15 veteran). Clarity and Complete include a Fair course-correction policy for one good-faith reset if we disagree on direction mid-engagement; expansions beyond the package are billable.
What is Fair course-correction?
On Career Clarity and Complete Career Coaching, if we hit a stalemate mid-engagement (direction disagreement, scope mismatch, or a good-faith difference on approach), we reset once to get aligned at no extra fee when it is about fit. New role tracks, sessions beyond the package, extra targeted resumes beyond the allotment, or work past the engagement window require agreement and may be billed.
Are events included?
Member networking events are planned as a benefit for active clients and invited guests as the community grows.
